When I started down the rabbit hole of searching for Irish female warriors, where were they mentioned? Did they exist? Little did I know I would find this amazing course. The more I read Jen's work and listened to her voice, I knew it would be special. What I didn't know was how exceptional it would be from the amazing content, which is so beautifully presented and written with amazing imagery, to the delivery including the magic of Jen's guiding voice filling me with ancient wisdom. I definitely have spent a large part of my life disembodied. Feeling into our native ancestral archetypal energies, I found deep connections... From one week to the next I couldn't wait to log on and get into what 'imbas' Jen was going to gift us. This is the start of a journey into finding my way home to my own body and honouring my native land, language and ancestors. And although I've been stepping "off the path of patriarchy and go out in the woods", Jen has now given me tools so I understand why and know that these whispers and "breadcrumbs" were intuitively calling me to reclaim my body in a way that allows me to be free, and to start to weave more femininity into my dominant masculine traits of control, independence and structure. The awareness that both have a place in equal amounts and should be embraced not overshadowed, is in itself liberating.
